How do I store my macarons?

We recommend that you consume our macarons on the day of purchase. However, they can also be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days. There are instructions on our boxes on how to thaw them.

 

Do you have gluten free macarons or macarons for people with special dietary needs?

Currently, we do not have gluten free macarons. All our macarons are baked in the same kitchen, so we also do not recommend our macarons to anyone with special dietary needs (i.e. severe nut allergies).

 

Are your macarons halal?

Our macarons are not certified halal, but no pork, lard or pork derived ingredients (ie: gelatine) is used in our macarons. Also, no alcohol is used in our macarons except for macarons with alcoholic flavours.

 

Can we get Le Meilleur Macarons anywhere else?

We do not cater or endorse anyone who resells our macarons. Quality is only guaranteed at our store. Currently, we only have one store located at Takashimaya Basement 2.
